OIC Number: 2010 - 422 Date of Order: Nov 23, 2010 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated November 9, 2010, is pleased to: (a)\x09revoke Order in Council 83-1509 dated December 20, 1983; (b)\x09amend Order in Council 2005-256 dated June 17, 2005 by striking out the following: "REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS - Original Reports and Recommendations approved at Executive Council meetings from December 19, 1979, to and including February 7, 1995, which Reports and Recommendations are contained in Transfer Case Numbers: 235 to 403 and support Orders in Council numbered 79-1655 dated December 19, 1979, to 95-99 dated February 7, 1995, inclusive." and inserting the following: "REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS - Original Reports and Recommendations approved at Executive Council meetings from December 19, 1979, to and including December 11, 1980, which Reports and Recommendations are contained in Transfer Case Numbers: 235 to 247 and support Orders in Council numbered 79-1655 dated December 19, 1979, to 80-1757 dated December 23, 1980, inclusive."; and (

c) amend Order in Council 2009-45 dated February 10, 2010 by striking out the following: "1.
