I, Steve Thomson, Minister of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, order that

(

a) the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Limited Entry Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/93, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

1 Item 13.01 in

Part 1 of

Schedule 4 of the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended, in the column entitled Open Season, by striking out “ Oct. 1 to Oct. 31 ”.

Part 2 of

Schedule 7 is amended

(

a) in

section 2 by adding the following subsection:

(11) The open season for hunting mule (black-tailed) deer with a bow only in M.U.s 7-2 to 7-18, 7-23 to 7-30 and 7-37 to 7-41 is from September 1 to September 9. , and

(

b) in

section 8.1 (2) by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) in M.U.s 7-2 to 7-18, 7-23 to 7-30 and 7-37 to 7-41 from September 1 to September 9.
