OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated February 13, 2019, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) acquiring by gift approximately 10 hectares (24.71 acres) of land located at Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PID 60232675, 60232667 and 60419355 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from the Mahone Islands Conservation Association, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns subject to the condition that the Mahone Islands Conservation Association, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
