OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated December 19, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 15 of
Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2018, the Body Armour Control Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting body armour control in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 20, 2019.
