B.C. Reg. 242/2010 , deposited July 30, 2010, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 519/2010, approved and ordered July 29, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, and the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, are amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE REGULATION

Section 11 (1) of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(oo) money that is paid or payable to or for a person if the payment is in accordance with the settlement agreement approved by the Supreme Court in Action No. S024338, Vancouver Registry.

Section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

(xxxviii) money that is paid or payable to or for a person if the payment is in accordance with the settlement agreement approved by the Supreme Court in Action No. S024338, Vancouver Registry, .

Section 6 of

Schedule D is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(ii) money that is paid or payable to or for a person if the payment is in accordance with the settlement agreement approved by the Supreme Court in Action No. S024338, Vancouver Registry.

EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH

DISABILITIES REGULATION

Section 10 (1) of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(oo) money that is paid or payable to or for a person if the payment is in accordance with the settlement agreement approved by the Supreme Court in Action No. S024338, Vancouver Registry.

Section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

(xxxix) money that is paid or payable to or for a person if the payment is in accordance with the settlement agreement approved by the Supreme Court in Action No. S024338, Vancouver Registry, .

Section 6 of

Schedule D is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(jj) money that is paid or payable to or for a person if the payment is in accordance with the settlement agreement approved by the Supreme Court in Action No. S024338, Vancouver Registry.
