CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Renters Property Tax Rebate Act (Assented to July 9, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Renters Property Tax Rebate Amendment Act, 1982. 1979, c.R-19.1 The Renters Property Tax Rebate Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Clause 3(1)(

a) is amended by striking out “$115” and substituting “$150”.

Section amended

Section is amended by striking out “$375” and substituting “$425”.

Section amended Clause 6(

d) is amended by striking out “$115” and substituting “$150”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from January 1, 1982. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
