OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 24, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2013, the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals Act , is pleased to appoint Nicholas Burke of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney River), Ann Mann of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), and Hammad Mohiy un Din of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) to the initial board of the College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals as public representatives, each for terms of three years commencing October 1, 2020.
