B.C. Reg. 158/2021 , deposited June 18, 2021, under the FOREST ACT [section 169]. Order in Council 355/2021, approved and ordered June 18, 2021.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 20, 2021,

(

a) B.C. Regs. 136/2019 and 151/2020 are repealed, and

(

b) for the purposes of

section 169 of the Forest Act , the following areas of Crown land are specified as the Mountain Caribou Designated Area No. 1 for the period ending on June 20, 2023:

(

i) the Crown land outlined in black and shaded grey on the attached map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: A2" and dated May 27, 2021, other than the Crown land referred to in subparagraph (ii);

(ii) the Crown land outlined in black and shaded grey on the attached map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: A2 Additions" and dated May 27, 2021;

(iii) the Crown land outlined in black and shaded grey on the attached map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: B3" and dated May 27, 2021, other than the Crown land referred to in subparagraph (iv);

(iv) the Crown land outlined in black and shaded grey on the attached map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: B3 Additions" and dated May 27, 2021.
