Order in Council 277/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 840/2022, dated March 30, 2022, Zhengyu Jennifer Fang was reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective from the later of June 6, 2022, or the date this Order in Council was made,

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 840/2022, dated March 30, 2022 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
