OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 29, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Contribution Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada under the Safe Voluntary Isolation Sites Program, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 11, 2021.
