Order in Council 687/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection Act , O.C. 1488/2021 dated November 4, 2021 appointing Regan Hayward as a trustee of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
