Order in Council 310/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas eHealth Ontario is a corporation without share capital continued under Ontario Regulation 43/02 made under the Development Corporations Act ;

And

whereas pursuant to subsection 6(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 the Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint members to the board of directors of eHealth Ontario;

And

whereas pursuant to subsection 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 43/02, the Lieutenant Governor in Council has considered the knowledge, skill and experience of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario in areas pertaining to the health sector, information technology, business and financial matters, including management of public and private sector organizations in selecting the individual below;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02,

Robert Bell of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective March 8, 2018 and not extending past September 7, 2018 or the date on which Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked, whichever comes first.
