OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 26, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 339 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Peggy's Cove Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Maria Bartholomew of Halifax Regional Municipality (Peggy's Cove) as a member of the Peggy's Cove Commission, for a term of four (4) years commencing July 29, 2022; and (
b) determine that Maria Bartholomew will be remunerated for her service as a member of the Commission in the amount of $35.00 per half day plus reimbursement for travel expenses incurred in fulfilling her duties on the Commission provided such expenses do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
