Order in Council 1719/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 and subsection 7(4) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , Mitchell Toker of Toronto be reappointed as a lawyer member and redesignated as full-time Vice-Chair of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 14, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
