CHAPTER 28 (SUPP.)

An Act to amend The Hospital Revenue Act

Short title This Act may be cited as The Hospital Revenue Amendment Act. Rev. Stat. C.H-9; sections 4, 6, 7, 8 and to amended The Hospital Revenue Act is amended by striking out “Minister of Finance”: (

a) in clause 4(a); (

b) in clause 4(b); (

c) in

section 6; (

d) in clause 7(c); (

e) in

section 8; (

f) in

section 10; (

g) in

section 11; (

h) in clause 12(b); (

i) in

section 13; (

j) in

section 14; (

k) in

section 15; and (

l) in
