On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective on the date that sections 232 and 282 of the Community Charter , S.B.C. 2003, c. 26 come into force, the

Schedule to the Vancouver International Airport Authority Industrial and Business Property Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 326/94, is amended by adding the following:
