An Act to Amend the Legislative Assembly Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, en- acts as follows: 1 The Legislative Assembly Act,

chapter L-3 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after

section the following: 33.1 The Office of the Legislative Assembly is charged with the responsibility of ensuring, to the extent possible, that television coverage under sec- tion is carried on a province-wide commercial carrier. 33.2 The Office of the Legislative Assembly shall report to the Legislative Assembly, through the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, on the execu- tion of the duty imposed under

section 33.1. 2 The Act is amended by adding after
