An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Investment Management Corporation Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1

Section of the New Brunswick Investment Man- agement Corporation Act,

chapter N-6.01 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1994, is amended by adding the follow- ing after subsection (5): 17(6) By March 31, 2008, and thereafter, the Corpora- tion shall make investments in the Province resulting in holding and managing at least 1% of total cumulative in- vestment funds falling under this Act, in accordance with the investment policies of the Corporation. chapitre N-6.01 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de est modifié par l’adjonction après le paragraphe (5) de ce qui suit : 17(6) Au plus tard le mars 2008, et après cette date, la Société doit faire des investissements dans la province menant au maintient et à la gestion d’au moins 1 % du to- tal des fonds de placement cumulatifs relevant de la pré- sente Loi, en conformité avec les politiques d’investisse- ment de la Corporation.
