Order in Council 1061/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Alexander Campbell of Bradford West Gwillimbury

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of three years effective on the later of September 16, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
