section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Regulation 649/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a coastal point west-northwestwardly from Western Head, that point being at UTM grid co-ordinate 643 470 metres east, 5 214 160 metres north;

Then running north 78 30' west 1,950 metres, more or less;

Then running north 32 30' west 550 metres, more or less;

Then running north 2 west 2,000 metres, more or less;

Then running north 3 30' east 3,800 metres, more or less;

Then running north 57 30' east 2,600 metres, more or less;

Then running south 44 east 2,400 metres, more or less, to Blow Me Down;

Then following the coastline by way of Tides Cove Point, Eastern Head and Little Mortier Bay to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to UTM grid and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 Map 1 M/3, edition 3, 1988.
