OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated March 5, 2019, and pursuant to clause 5(1)(
b) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Roger Kirk MacRae, of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Ben Eoin), as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing March 29, 2019; and (
b) appoint Tara Milburn, of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney), as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing March 29, 2019.
