OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 3, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the Nova Scotia Health Authority to enter into a net debt obligation to upgrade the Picture Archiving and Communications System and expansion of the Powerscribe System, effective on and after January 12, 2021.
