OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated March 24, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Deogratias Dushimumukiza of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a board member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three (3) years commencing April 27, 2023; and (
b) appoint Darrell Evasuk of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a board member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three (3) years commencing April 27, 2023.
