LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY MANAGEMENT

COMMITTEE AMENDMENT ACT, 2018

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Section 3 of the Legislative Assembly Management Committee Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 258, is amended by adding the following subsection:

(1.3) Expenses for per diems and personal vehicle mileage reimbursement in the Capital Regional District for any period shall not apply to any Member of the Legislative Assembly who is exempt from receiving the Capital City Living Allowance by virtue of living within the boundaries of the Capital Regional District.

2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
