OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated December 10, 1999, pursuant to

Section 15 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission of an amendment to the regulations made by the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission and approved by Order in Council 91-214 dated February 12, 1991, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after February 2, 2000.
