AN ACT TO AMEND THE ALBERTA HEALTH CARE INSURANCE ACT (Assented to , 1978) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, 'enacts as follows: 1. The Alberta Health Care Insurance Act is amended by this Act.

Section 2 ( 1) is amended by adding the following after clause ( iii ) " (iv) all services rendered by dental surgeons that are dentally required and which are rendered to a person under the age of twelve years. 3. This Act comes into force on a date to be fixed by Proclam ation which shall not be earlier than the date upon which money is appropriated by the Legislature for the purposes of this Act. Explanatory Notes I. This Bill will amend
