An Act to Amend the Auditor General Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, en- acts as follows: 1 Subsection 11(1) of the Auditor General Act,

chapter A-17.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1981, is amended by striking out “Whenever the Legislative Assembly, the Standing Committee on Public Accounts, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, the Chairman of the Board of Manage- ment or the Minister of Finance so requests, the Auditor General may” and substituting “The Audi- tor General may”. chapitre A-17.1 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1981, est modifié par la suppression de « sur demande de l’Assemblée législative, du Comité permanent des comptes pu- blics, du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil, du pré- sident du Conseil de gestion ou du ministre des Finances, » et par l’adjonction à la suite de « faire enquête et » de « émettre un ».
