OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 25, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the province in the total amount not to exceed eleven million eight hundred seventy four thousand eight hundred seventy six dollars ($11,874,876.00) to fund the purchase of linear accelerators for the Capital District Health Authority and the Cape Breton Regional Health Authority, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to Capital Grants, effective July 29, 2014.
