OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 18, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 238 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, and clause 18(1)(

a) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) continue the appointment of Michelle R. Margolian of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for matters substantially heard before her or in respect of which a hearing was commenced by her on or before April 9, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.; (

b) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Michelle R. Margolian of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal in respect of all other matters pending or coming before the Tribunal effective April 9, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.; (

c) continue the appointment of Allen G. Murray of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for matters substantially heard before him or in respect of which a hearing was commenced by him on or before May 25, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.; and (

d) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Allen G. Murray of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal in respect of all other matters pending or coming before the Tribunal effective May 25, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.
