On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 72 to 74 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2008 , S.B.C. 2008, c. 30, are brought into force.
