B.C. Reg. 167/2012 , deposited June 25, 2012, pursuant to the HOTEL ROOM TAX ACT [section 43 (2) (

e) and (f)]. Order in Council 447/2012, approved and ordered June 22, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Hotel Room Tax Regulation for the City of Richmond, B.C. Reg. 211/2009, is amended

(

a) in

section 4 by striking out " and " at the end of paragraph (a), by adding " , and " at the end of paragraph (

b) and by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) improvements to the Richmond Olympic Oval intended to enhance its attraction as a tourist destination. , and

(

b) in

section 5 by striking out " July 1, 2012 " and substituting " July 1, 2017 ".
