On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended,

(

a) effective November 1, 2017, as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) effective January 1, 2018, as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended

(

a) in column 4 of items 11 and 36 by striking out “ November 1, 2017 ” and substituting “ November 1, 2022 ”, and

(

b) in column 4 of item 33 by striking out “ December 1, 2017 ” and substituting “ December 1, 2022 ”.

Appendix 2

Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended by adding the following as indicated:
