Order in Council 533/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Theodore Crljenica of Tecumseh be reappointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a period effective March 23, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
