Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective June 19, 2009, to assign responsibility for all affairs and matters relating to the Utility and Review Board and the Utility and Review Board Act to the Honourable Graham Steele, a Member of the Executive Council.
