An Act to amend The Arts Board Act. [Assemed to May 4, 1979.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Arts Board Amendment Act, 1979. 2. The Arts Board Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. 3. The following clause is added after clause 2(a):. "(a.1) 'fiscal year' means the period commencing on April in one year and ending on March in the next year, both dates inclusive, but, with respect to the 1978- 79 fiscal year, means the period commencing on January l, 1978 and end ing on March 31, 1979, both dates inclusive". 4. Subsection 5(2) is repealed. 5. The following

section is added after

section 9: "9.1 All contracts, agreements, orders, rules and other docu ments shall be signed by the chairman or by the executive direc tor".
