OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 12, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 7(

c) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a deed to convey any and all right, title and interest of the Crown in land containing approximately 13.7 hectares (34 acres), located at Cow Bay Road, Sydney, Cape Breton County, shown as Parcel A and outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Ruth MacLeod of Glace Bay, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia; (

b) accept from Ruth MacLeod, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, all of her right, title and interest in land containing approximately 13.7 hectares (34 acres), located at Cow Bay Road, Sydney, Cape Breton County, shown as Parcel B and outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that Ruth MacLeod, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; (

c) pay legal costs on behalf of Ruth MacLeod, not to exceed $2,000; and (

d) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this
