Order in Council 949/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 , Order in Council O.C. 287/2024 appointing Virginia Roth of Toronto as a director of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
