Order in Council 770/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 , the appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency of Candice White by Order in Council 1015/2023 approved and ordered on July 13, 2023 is hereby revoked, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
