2000 c. 2 PROVINCIAL EMBLEMS AND HONOURS

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Provincial Emblems and Honours Act (Assented to May 3, 2000) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Provincial Emblems and Honours Amendment Act, 2000. S.S. 1988-89, c.P-30.2,

section 27.1 amended

Section 27.1 of The Provincial Emblems and Honours Act is amended by adding the following subsection after subsection (4): “

(5) Notwithstanding subsection (4), a person may be invested with the order posthumously if the person is nominated within one year of the date of his or her death”.
