Order in Council 1733/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 147 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 , as amended,

The Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $744 per diem;

The Vice Chairs of the Ontario of the Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $583 per diem; and

The other members of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $472 per diem.

Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.

Now therefore this Order shall be effective the date this Order in Council is made.
