OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 23, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Linda Ann Barrington of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 84-692, dated June 12, 1984; and (
b) appoint Linda Ann Sheppard of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
