OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated August 3, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 25, 26, and 27 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Howard Blinn of Church Point, Digby County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a term of three (3) years commencing September 7, 2023; and (
b) determine that Howard Blinn be remunerated for service as a member in the amount of $100.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling the duties as a member, provided any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
