OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated February 4, 1999, pursuant to subsection 10(2) of

Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to reappoint Gary Archibald of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Western Counties Regional Library Board for a further term commencing January 1, 1999, and ending December 31, 2001.
