Order in Council 21/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and

section 3 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32,

Lynne Innes, of Moosonee

be appointed as a Commissioner of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years effective the date this Order in Council is made.
