OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 30, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 33(1) and 33(2)(a),(e), (f), and (
g) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Sections 59C(1) and (1A) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the Minister of Economic Development entering into an agreement with OmniGlobe Networks Inc. for the provision of broadband services to the un-served areas of the Halifax Regional Municipality on terms and conditions generally as outlined in
Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 30, 2008; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
