Citation

1 These regulations may be cited as the Appeal Fees Regulations .

2 In these regulations,

“Act” means the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act .

Prescribed fee for notice of appeal

3 The fee to accompany a notice of appeal under

Section 118 of the Act by a person who

is aggrieved by a decision or order of an employee of the Department is $249.20.
