I, Niki Sharma, K.C., Attorney General, order that the Sheriff Act Security Regulation, B.C. Reg. 197/2002, is amended as follows:
(a)
section 1 (1) is amended in the definition of "strip search" by repealing paragraph (a) (iv) and substituting the following:
(iv) the person running that person’s fingers through that person’s hair; , and
(
b) section 2.1 (3) is repealed.
