Order in Council 809/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

R. Mark Palmer of Collingwood

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective June 20, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.

[ Mr. Palmer’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 919/2019 expires June 19, 2022].
