OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Economic Development dated January 10, 2006, and pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (d), (

e) and (f), 6, 15, 16(1)(

b) and (g), 20 and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 5(1), 8(2) and 9(1), is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board's decision to amend the terms of the financial assistance to Federal Gypsum Company on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated January 10, 2006; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
