OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 16, 2015, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of land known as Parcel “B”, being a portion of PID # 00847988 at Union Centre, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule “A” and shown on the plan marked
Schedule “B”, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being required for the replacement of MacLeod’s Bridge, Union Centre, Pictou County, Nova Scotia.
